James, or “Boss 1” (B1), is a stalwart of the Wagga Wagga community, being born, bred and educated right here in town. He is a local through and through and has been with Selby Watson for over two decades, becoming a director not long after starting with the firm.

Being a sports enthusiast both in spectating and participation, James keeps fit and healthy – something he values as a priority. And as a dedicated family man, in his down time, James spends the weekends travelling around watching his boys play sport.

James likes to connect with his staff and always finishes each day by saying goodbye to everyone, appreciating the office culture that has been developed through mutual respect and a common objective in wanting success for the firm and their clients.
